Product Description

1. Scope of application
JRKL04L.III shadowless operation lamp is fit for illumination in operating rooms.
2. Structure and characteristics
This shadowless operation lamp adopts light sources from different positions for focus to eliminate shadows of different parts of medical workers by adjusting knob.

4. Installation and operation
(1) Follow the assembling illustration (picture 1) for installation. Get the upper column (9 in picture 1) connected with the lower column (11 in picture 1), and then have them installed on the lamp seat (12 in picture 1). It shall be noted that the bolts on the upper column (9 in picture 1) shall be installed in the direction as shown on the illustration. Then, install the counterpoise (7 in picture 1), lamp holder and handle in order. Limit bolts (6 in picture 1) shall be installed on the lamp holder in advance. Insert the "Y" shaped rotational bracket (4 in picture 1) into the lifting pipe of the counterpoise. Tighten the limit bolts aiming at the groove in the "Y" shaped axis (appropriate force is required to pull the lamp holder, and meanwhile turn the lamp holder to see whether it is targeting at the groove). Then, install the fixing bolt and adjustment knob to the extent the lamp holder is not over-tightened in right and left turn and is able to keep balance freely".
(2) Range of movement: The up-and-down swing between Y-shaped bracket and
lamp holder (4 and 3 in picture 1) and the counterpoise shall be more than 400, the swing of the lamp holder shall be more than 1500, and the back-and-forth movement shall be more than 1000.
(3) Balance adjustment: generally, the balance mechanism has been well adjusted before delivery. In case of imbalance, place follow the relevant method(s) in table 1 for solution.
(4) Adjustment for focusing: when the lamp is connected with the power supply and is switched on, all the bulbs shall work normally.  Turn the focusing knob (2 in picture 1) to the extent that the light shall be focus into bright spot in the diameter of 100mm~200mm on a surface 1000mm away from the lamp-house.
(5) Use: the lamp surface shall keep a distance of 900~1100mm from the object. Adjust the focusing knob so that the light will focus on the surface of the object. Adjust the angle of the lamp holder, and the lamp holder shall be able to turn and keep balance freely within the range as shown in picture 1. The operation shall be flexible and convenient.
(6) Stop: To stop the use of the lamp, it's necessary to switch off the lamp holder, then switch off the emergent power supply cabinet and finally take the plu out of the mains socket.
5 Precautions
(1) The lamp shall be installed by a professional mechanical and electrical
installation worker.
(2) Reliable ground protection is required for the product.
(3) Fastening pieces to different parts shall be examined regularly to prevent accident arising from loosening and falling off.
(4) Never dismantle the lamp at will to prevent electric shock.


6. Maintenance and servicing
(1) All the moving parts shall be lubricated with oil or other appropriate lubricant regularly to keep them flexible in use.
(2) The transparent pieces and the reflector shall be cleaned regularly by wiping with means of absorbent gauze and spirit.
(3)In case of aging or stripping, the reflector shall be replaced by a new one.
(4) The solutions for imbalance are as the following:

1	The lamp holder springs back or has free drop when having up-and-down swing.	Adjust the damper (15 in picture 1) in the balance cabinet with a screwdriver till the lamp holder up and down properly and can maintain balance freely.
2	Lamp holder so over tightened that its back-and-forth movement is hampered or it cannot maintain at any position freely.	Adjust the six bolts connecting the two sides of the lamp holder and the Y-shaped bracket till the lamp holder is appropriately tightened to ensure appropriate back-and-forth movement and free balance and positioning.

 
(5) Electrical problems and solutions

(6) The service life of the operational lamp is 10 years.
